Pricing

Prices on this website are flat rates in Canadian dollars before GST. Your technician will show you the price for the work and get your approval before starting. If the job takes longer than expected, the approved price doesn't change. Prices for new systems marked "from" are confirmed in a written quote after an in-home assessment.

A diagnostic visit is $129, waived if you approve the repair. An emergency call-out is $189 at any hour, waived for Comfort Club members. We don't charge after-hours surcharges.

Booking & cancelling

Online booking requests are confirmed by text or phone. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before your technician is dispatched at no charge. Once a technician is on the way, a cancelled emergency visit may be charged the call-out fee.

Warranty

Repairs: 2 years parts and labour (3 years for Whole Home members).
New installations: 10 years parts and labour when the equipment is registered with the manufacturer, which we do for you.
Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, power surges, flooding, or work by others.

Comfort Club membership

Memberships are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime by phone or email. Monthly plans stop at the next billing date. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata, less the regular price of any tune-ups already done. Priority dispatch means members are dispatched before non-members with the same urgency. It isn't a guaranteed arrival time.

Payment

Payment is due on completion by card, debit, e-transfer or cheque. Financing is offered through third-party lenders, subject to approval and their terms.
