Saltline started in 2014 with one van, one tech and a frustration: Victoria homeowners couldn't get a straight price, and couldn't get anyone on the phone after 5 p.m. So we built a company around fixing exactly those two things.

We publish our prices online. Every tech carries the same price book, and nothing is started until you've approved a fixed number. Our techs are paid for good work and good reviews, not commission on what they sell you.

Our dispatchers work in Victoria, in shifts, around the clock. They know Langford is a different drive at rush hour, and that a no-heat call in January means someone has kids in the house.
