What's available in 2026.
Rebate programs change often, and our team keeps track of them so you don't have to. Here's the short version for Greater Victoria homeowners.

CleanBC Better Homes
For electrically heated homes switching to a heat pump, at any income. You must use a registered contractor and apply within 6 months of install.
- $13,000
Energy Savings Program
Income-qualified rebates in three tiers (up to $13,000, $7,000 or $3,500) for moving from gas, oil or propane to a central ducted heat pump.
- $1,000
Heat pump water heaters
CleanBC Better Homes rebate on qualifying heat pump water heaters, which use about a third of the electricity of a standard tank.
