Should I get AC or a heat pump?
In Victoria, almost always a heat pump. It costs about the same as AC, also heats your home, and may qualify for rebates that AC doesn't.
How fast can you come in a heat wave?
Same day for most calls. Comfort Club members get priority dispatch.
Why is my AC freezing up?
Usually low airflow (a clogged filter or blower) or low refrigerant. Turn the AC off, set the fan to ON, and book a visit.
