Upfront flat-rate pricing

The price is the price. Even at 3 a.m.

No hourly meter, no "we'll see once we're in there". Your tech diagnoses the problem, then shows you fixed prices from our published price book. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  • Published, not invented

Every common repair has a fixed price, listed on our website for anyone to see.

  • No after-hours surcharge

Nights, weekends and holidays cost the same as Tuesday at noon.

  • If it takes longer, that's on us

A flat rate is a promise. Stubborn bolts and long jobs are our problem, not yours.

Questions

Asked before almost every booking.

Do you really charge the same at night?

Yes. Our emergency call-out is $189 any hour of any day, and every repair price comes from the same published price book. There is no overtime multiplier.

How fast can someone get here?

Our average emergency arrival time across Greater Victoria was 58 minutes last year. When you book, you'll get a text with your tech's name, photo and live ETA.

What if I don't approve the repair?

You pay the diagnostic ($129) or emergency call-out ($189) and nothing else. You keep the written diagnosis, and it's yours to use with anyone.

Are your technicians licensed?

Every tech holds the right tickets for the work: gas fitter licences through Technical Safety BC, and Red Seal refrigeration and air conditioning certification. We're fully insured and covered by WorkSafeBC.

Do you work on all brands?

Yes, including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, LG, Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, Rheem, Bradford White and more.
